How It Works
Cosmelan is a single, powerful treatment composed of a unique blend of ingredients, including azelaic acid, ascorbic acid, kojic acid, arbutin, and phytic acid. These components work together to deactivate the enzyme responsible for melanin production, effectively reducing pigmentation.
The treatment includes a home care kit that enhances and maintains your results. This kit helps manage melanin production, removing excess pigment deposits and preventing the formation of new pigmentation. Depending on your skin type, the treatment mask is left on for 8 to 12 hours.

What does the treatment involve?
Cosmelan is a two-phase chemical peel used to target, treat and reduce pigmentation. Our Cosmelan Program includes in-clinic treatments plus three months of dedicated at-home product application. Each step is necessary to fully and effectively treat the pigmentation concern.
Step 1. An in-depth consultation to determine your skin preparation before step 2
Step 2. On the day of treatment the Cosmelan®️ Mask will be applied in clinic and removed at home 8-12 hours later. Recovery product application follows for the next 72 hours.
Step 3. Three days post treatment you will have an in-clinic review, followed by LED Light Therapy to assist with the recovery and healing process.
Step 4. Depigmentation continues with at-home application of the post-treatment Home Care Kit product
